I had not received a book and on telling Brit-books they immediately dispatched another copy without charge which I received within a couple of days. Two days later I received another copy of the book. I informed Brit-Books and expected to be asked to return one of the books, but they said keep both books with their compliments. A first class service and one very happy customer
