Website says free cushion with every order over £100 but I only received 1 cushion. Also very late costing me loss of business but Britannia refused to help using covid as an excuse even though they eagerly took my money during covid. Despite numerous emails requesting complaints procedure I was unable to establish who was dealing with complaints so I referred it ombudsman and awaiting decision from them.
