“I ordered from them in January. They sent the wrong order, asked me to send what they sent back to them and I would receive my order afterwards. I sent it back, heard nothing back so a week later I chased it up. This was the 14th of February. They said that instead of sending me what I ordered they would refund me. I said okay, on the 22nd of February the refund wasn't done so I chased up again. They said that I would get a refund. On the 1st of March I chased up again, because the refund was still not in my account. I used their chat service on their website, they ignored my messages and didn't answer me. Now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank because britannia rose are being so strange and shady. I do not think this is a legitimate company. I have never had an experience like this before and I wouldn't risk giving these people any money.”

“The curtains l ordered were beautifully made, exact measurements and matching. The only issues l had were that the curtains took long time to be made and there was no communication from the company. I had to keep chasing them up. Hence why l gave 4 stars.
The other issue was that the pillow l ordered to match the curtains was not matching, as it was made sort of left over fabric and didn't match the other pillow, which came with the curtains. That got sorted very quickly.”
