I received a fast response informing me that the fabric was out of stock and giving me an approximate date of delivery to them from supplier. I was offered a refund or could leave order open and request free samples incase I wished to change order. As I really loved the fabric I left the order open unfortunately the material was delayed a second time. I was kept up to date by email and any queries I had were responded to by the next day. When Britannia Rose received the fabric I was notified and the curtain arrived at mine a few days later. I was thrilled with them and am glad I waited for them, the quality of fabric and workmanship is excellent and I have already recommended them to friends and will order from them again.”
