Excellent service - the material is of high quality and the curtains are very well made. There was a delay due to lots of orders but always had prompt response and kept updated. This is my 4th order with the company and would definitely recommend.

We received excellent customer service at Britannia Rose, very competitive pricing, neat and efficient delivery - we couldn't be happier with our fabric and cushions for the conservatory where friends and family are admiring our new colourscheme based on Studio G Otis Mineral Fabric. Before we decided we received several samples, including some larger pieces. Thank you to the BR team, we'll be back!

We contacted Mary rose several times before placing our order for Wave curtains who were very knowledgeable and helpful The curtains were delivered exactly when promised and are absolutely perfect We would recommend Mary rose 100%. Very nice quality and excellent standard

I’ve bought a few times from here and the quality of the fabric was A1. Especially their curtain linings fabric. The price is always reasonable and fast delivery. They are now my go to store for curtain fabric.

Have used this company so many times for curtains and blinds. Love the fabrics, quality and attention to detail plus if you spend over a certain amount you get a free cushion and tote bag!! What’s not to love, oh did I mention great prices too? Amazing will definitely use again

I received a pair of curtains by Britannia Rose todayThere was a very long delivery time plus lack of commication. However I have since heard that the company has turned around now,and commications have improved significantly. I am delighted by the well made curtains and fabric.

I wouldn't give this company any stars at all. They completely ignored my instructions despite numerous emails going back and forth. I have paid a huge amount for curtains that are just not what I asked for, I cannot believe I have been so stupid to think that these people knew what they were doing. I would not recommend these company. Utterly shameful.

Ordered a large amount of fabric on Jan 18th 2023. Money taken from bank account next day. Absolutely NO contact of ANY sort from Brittania, e mails not answered, no phone number…I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. Do not order from them. How do I get my money back..in new house..no curtains now !

Horrible customer service. In fact, no customer service. Ordered roman blinds (4) on 31-Oct-2022. Have not received them as of 3-1-2023 and no response to emails or voicemail. Phone rings but then a message that there is no one there to take my call. However, their website say they're open. Buyer beware.

I am DISGUSTED in this company so far, just wish I had read these reviews first as I have experienced exactly the same lack of communication and poor customer service. THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT ACCURATE and are very misleading! To be told 7-10 days and I’m now on day 13, still nothing no response to my email and no means of contacting for a refund. So I’m left out of pocket and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Incredibly frustrating as I initially had checked to see if it even was in stock and had to chase up a order confirmation email and then now I’m still absolutely no where. If there were any issues with my order they have had plenty of opportunities to let me know and I would have been more understanding. I feel like I’ve had to do all the communication and chase them up every step of the way! * UPDATE I finally got through to someone on the live chat (which is only occasionally accessible) saying they cannot get hold of the fabric I ordered and would process a refund which nearly 2 weeks later still hasn’t arrived and I cannot get through to their live chat which I now currently can’t access on any browser or device within the 9-5 hours that the life chat is supposed to be active?! In a cost of living crisis I have bills to pay and I have spent so much time chasing this up it’s ridiculous chasing this up so far sending emails with no response trying all the ways of contacting them. I am also still out of pocket. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND TO BE DONE WITH IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Placed order for 5 sets/ pairs of curtains 09 Oct. Website has been saying " in production" ever since. Cannot get hold of anyone to chase curtains as it's now been over a month since order, despite website advertising 5 day delivery. E mails not answered, phone constantly saying No one available to take call. Beginning to get the feeling I've been fleeced

Terrible customer service don't throw your money away Terrible customer service, terrible experience awful service and a gang of scammers ... I have ordered different samples which have been sent in about 6 times...i choose one of them for the living room 4 big windows , i was happy for the choice and happy to wait for it.. but in this area where i have just moved in nothing appears to work as it should because everything is manipulated, scammed and changed...(SW1 London by the way). After 10 days this is the answer: Good morning I hope this email finds you well. I am contacting you today to update you on your orders. We ordered your Teatro Ebony fabric for ORD9639457 and ORD1574424, however Clarke & Clarke has informed us this fabric has been discontinued. If you wish, we would be happy to amend these orders to an alternative fabric, we will send you samples free of charge on any fabrics that take your interest. OMG what a bad service! .. they know that the fabric is discontinued after 10 days and they took upfront 2.000 pounds! Very terrible experience I suggest you not to buy from this scammers I hope that at least they will refund me

I have had the wrong colour material delivered. The phone number is not being answered and 2 messages left no response . I have emailed now 4 times twice via the email address and twice via the contact page . I feel very let down by the poor communication I have been waiting neatly two days and no response NB called and emailed
