I ordered from them in January. They sent the wrong order, asked me to send what they sent back to them and I would receive my order afterwards. I sent it back, heard nothing back so a week later I chased it up. This was the 14th of February. They said that instead of sending me what I ordered they would refund me. I said okay, on the 22nd of February the refund wasn't done so I chased up again. They said that I would get a refund. On the 1st of March I chased up again, because the refund was still not in my account. I used their chat service on their website, they ignored my messages and didn't answer me. Now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank because britannia rose are being so strange and shady. I do not think this is a legitimate company. I have never had an experience like this before and I wouldn't risk giving these people any money.
