Appalling service.
I purchased a fabric sample which after several weeks still hadn't materialise. There was no correspondence what so ever during this time so I asked ( out of shear principal) for my refund. To date I still haven't received it!!! Thankfully, I found the fabric with another company and the five sets of curtains I wanted have arrived on time, and beautifully made.
