As per the other stories on this site, ordered (and paid in full) in early March two very simple, very small curtains. We have not received then to date nearly 3 months later and are simply told they are being held up every time we enquire. The notice on their website that their phone system is being upgraded is clearly a lie as they have no intention of allowing irate clients (of which there must be hundreds) to actually track them down. It is so upsetting that people like this are allowed to perpetuate their fraudulent and ethically questionable behaviour with no recourse.
