My overall experience has been terrible. We ordered the curtains in March expecting a 2-4 week delivery time as stated. Delivery was delayed again and again. Some delay is understandable at the moment but what was not ok was that the team never pro-actively contacted me, never communicated, it was always on me to chase them for updates, to discover yet another delay. Eventually we received our curtains after about 12 weeks (only because I finally lost patience and said I was going to try and get my money back from my bank for non delivery of goods) and they are "ok". The fabric is nice, they are nicely weighed at the bottom, but the join between the two pieces of fabric in the curtain is thick and clunky. I really would not recommend this company.
