I am writing this review before I receive my curtains, that is assuming they eventually turn up. I have been told my curtains were part ready three weeks ago and that they should be finished a week ago. I have sent three emails but have had no response. As you do not offer a telephone number this is the only communication available to a customer and so frustrating if you do not respond . I will wait another few days and should they arrive I will write another review on their quality then. However your customer service needs investigating and immediate steps for improvement taken.
