When I tried to contact the person over the phone several times for tracking the order, he wouldn’t answer the call or reply to sms. So I wasn’t aware what’s happening to my order for two days. Once the order was submitted and payment done from that moment onward he wouldn’t answer anymore calls or messages. Seemed he stopped caring and stopped providing customer service after payment was completed.
