“I really like my new decking material and installation is relatively easy. Some screws have problems cutting into the steel which can be annoying. Perhaps a better quality control of these bought in parts can be done in the future. The driver delivering my decking unfortunately was not very skilled in reversing this relatively small truck down our driveway and the stack was left quite unprofessionally with boards sliding off once packing straps were cut. Overall I am happy to recommend the product.”

“Overall I'm happy with the finished projects. I did the front porch, rear alfresco area and our pergola. However, I've never worked with composite decking before and I found that it is NOT very forgiving. It can be damaged easily and not designed for small edges or additional corners as they can easily break off if put under any tension at all. You need to pre-drill the anti creep clips as the boards break/split if not.”

“tHE DECKING IS GREAT, JUST BE AWARE IF YOUR LOCAL STOCKALIST IS SHORT A FEW PLANKS TO FINISH OFF YOUR DECKING TO HAVE THEM SENT TO YOU FROM THE ORIGINAL WAREHOUSE IT COST HUNDREDS $$$$ FOR TWO PLANKS TO BE DELIVERED FROM MANUFACTURERS”

“Currently installing the product, it's quite easy to use and cuts well , have to ensure that it locks into each other as it can move over a long distance with constant checking to see if it's square. I've also had to cut lengths vertically to fit around the pillars that I'm installing onto . This takes time to ensure it fits with the corner pieces supplied. Overall I'm quite happy with how it's progressing and it's starting to look very nice . The secret is to be patient, check the measurements and constant checking to make sure it stays plumb .”

“The sales person was so incompetent it was ridiculous. I had to repeat everything over and over. It was clear that she didn’t listen properly or read my emails. When I mentioned my frustration she replied with “BIT BUSY” as if that made it OK. Also, when the boards were delivered the bullnose board was a different shade than the rest of the boards despite being labelled as the same colour. See attached image. I also don’t like the fact that every board is wrapped in single use plastic.”

“Was great from start to finish with quote and delivery all really smoothly organized. I did the deck myself and it has come out looking great. Only negative is how hot composite gets. I knew it would be hot but it’s very hot at time but that has no relation to how Brite actually worked with me they were great.”

“Deck looks great unfortunately screws were very poor quality .two thirds snapped off than had to pilot hole & screw in beside broken screw.screws may be suited to treated pine but not hardwood .maybe supply different screws for different timber’s .very time consuming for install.Cheers Peter Treasure (repeat client)”
