“Brite Decking was quick to fix problems. After sending wrong colour, sent correct one quickly. After not including all the fixings needed, mailed the missing ones quickly. Didn't include the screws needed with the missing fixings though, so we had to use our own. This caused two weeks of delays to the build. They were very pleasant to deal with but unfortunately I probably would not use them again.”

“I really like my new decking material and installation is relatively easy. Some screws have problems cutting into the steel which can be annoying. Perhaps a better quality control of these bought in parts can be done in the future.
The driver delivering my decking unfortunately was not very skilled in reversing this relatively small truck down our driveway and the stack was left quite unprofessionally with boards sliding off once packing straps were cut.
Overall I am happy to recommend the product.”
