“I really like my new decking material and installation is relatively easy. Some screws have problems cutting into the steel which can be annoying. Perhaps a better quality control of these bought in parts can be done in the future.
The driver delivering my decking unfortunately was not very skilled in reversing this relatively small truck down our driveway and the stack was left quite unprofessionally with boards sliding off once packing straps were cut.
Overall I am happy to recommend the product.”
“Overall I'm happy with the finished projects. I did the front porch, rear alfresco area and our pergola.
However, I've never worked with composite decking before and I found that it is NOT very forgiving. It can be damaged easily and not designed for small edges or additional corners as they can easily break off if put under any tension at all. You need to pre-drill the anti creep clips as the boards break/split if not.”

“Currently installing the product, it's quite easy to use and cuts well , have to ensure that it locks into each other as it can move over a long distance with constant checking to see if it's square. I've also had to cut lengths vertically to fit around the pillars that I'm installing onto . This takes time to ensure it fits with the corner pieces supplied.
Overall I'm quite happy with how it's progressing and it's starting to look very nice . The secret is to be patient, check the measurements and constant checking to make sure it stays plumb .”

“Brite decking is a superb product. We used the 210mm wide boards for a large rooftop deck. Once the hard work of the subfloor was constructed, the boards clicked together very well. We used a high quality mask and dust extractor when cutting.
The only slight issues: about 5% of the boards were bowed. Check the measurements of each one as they vary by up to 15mm.
But it’s a top-end product and we were very glad to support an Australian owned and operated business.”

Just that when I ordered the salesperson forgot to mention a that the Facsia boards are only 2.7 m. I was under the impression that all the boards are 5.4m. Also the delivery fee seems a lot considering you need another person at the receiving end to unload.

Some decking supplies have this small parts but it’s look good and make the job great finish.

“Excellent quality boards and materials. Instructions are easy to follow.
The only issue is when my order was delivered. There was only 1 delivery person which is absolutely ridiculous as there is no way unloading my order taking with one person would be achievable. It was lucky I am an abled body otherwise this would be impossible. I felt sorry for the truck driver.”
“Good communication and help from sales and logistic staff, delivery on time including extra delivery for missing items, an error on quote and invoice (incorrect size specified for fascia boards) meant I ordered more boards than needed. Decided to keep extra boards for another project. Used Eco Urban boards which don't have bull nose boards to start or finish deck, Britedeck proposed use of one of the colours in the HD pro range which gave a reasonable result, with a start and finish "border" as shown in photo Wanted a bull nose finish as alternative is overlay of fascia boards on edge of laid boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater. Used end caps as Eco Urban boards are not solid, end caps were not a good fit, out by a noticeable mm in not lining up with boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater I tested the sample provided over 5 months in sun and rain exposure and no deterioration of surface noticed, so hoping for long lasting Overall a cost effective solution for my decking needs, but suggest double checking everything to make sure you're getting what you need”
“I would like to express my thanks to Justin,Moustapha ,Stephen and our delivery truck driver Naz for there help in getting my decking order completed. We originally ordered Graphite but were delivered boards extremely dark compared to the sample provided. This was a concern we raised with Justin as your reviews are numerous with unhappy customers. Justin guaranteed he would sort out any issues if we went with Brite Decking this then lead to Stephen offering us a total refund. This was not where we wanted to go as we belived in the Titanium rang was what we wanted. We then had Moustapha step up to the plate to get us sorted. He not only understood what we wanted but went out of his way to turn us into customers who would recommend your product to friends and neighbours. We have gone through a lot to get to this point and spent over $6000 but will post more info on the fossil boards that are now stacked in my garage climatising themselves to our rainforest conditions. I would suggest that you need to be matching your samples to the actual boards you provide.”
