“I purchased a combination of 210mm Graphite and 140mm Silver Ash boards from the Brite Decking NextGen range. I selected these boards as they are BAL029 rated. The graphite boards were used as borders and breakers around the silver ash. The boards had to be held for some time before shipping awaiting progress our a new build house. This was much appreciated. The deck has now been completed and looks great!”
“Nanid was amazing. . Constant communication from beginning to end. Very professional.
Decking is good value for money…,however .. does seem to scratch easily.”
“We looked at replacing our timber deck. Asked for a sample of Brite options and picked one. We then submitted our deck dimensions along with our thoughts on design. We were very pleased when the reply came up with an even more efficient and attractive idea. Delivery was great (helpful too) and installation was simple. Looks great - very happy 😄”
“Just spent $15 000 on decking , great product, I'm happy with that part.
But after $15000 I thought at least I would have got a hat or shirt or stubble cooler.
Not too personal with the customer service...just sales only really.
No photos yet , still building but lots of emails regarding when I was ready for payment. Mum....”
“The titanium boards were great. MY builder build the decking wonderfully well. The only problem was too many boards were delivered based on my accurate dimensions of the decking resulting in an oversupply of 15 Willow Oak boards and 4 fascia boards which Brite said they would not take them back even though Luigio said she would try to help but so far nothing has happened. Plus 3 boards were defective though we used some of the board that was ok.
So all in all I am very disappointed in Brite not taking back the surplus boards and defective boards for credit.”
“I would not recommend Brite Decking for several reasons;
I was sent screws to suit metal frame but asked for wood screws, after letting sales boss know I was told the screws were being fast post that afternoon and they weren't. After getting tradie to do find other things to do as we had no screws. I decided to change design a bit, more boards were required so decided to pick up the boards and the screws which were never sent. After picking up boards and screws I got a call from depot to tell me the boards I had picked up were not BAL 29 rated as requested so I had to return to depot and swap boards. After returning home found screws and clips to be poor quality as head kept stripping on them, the 3mm gap recommended for BAL 29 boards is impossible to achieve on anti creep clips. After ringing Lu in sales again I was told these clips weren't necessary, contrary to video. After purchasing more screws the builder did the best job he could with a difficult product to work with, taking longer to do with more cost. The builder and I agree we would never use Brite again!”
“Brite decking is a superb product. We used the 210mm wide boards for a large rooftop deck. Once the hard work of the subfloor was constructed, the boards clicked together very well. We used a high quality mask and dust extractor when cutting.
The only slight issues: about 5% of the boards were bowed. Check the measurements of each one as they vary by up to 15mm.
But it’s a top-end product and we were very glad to support an Australian owned and operated business.”
