Ordered red braces for a reunion,these had not been delivered in 5 days ,I called only to be told Royal Mail first class is 6 days delivery,thst is not right ,first class is 1/2 days anyway they have not arrived even today.
On the 7 th day The second lady I spoke to was really great and offered a refund ,which I received,but i had to go buy a pair as British Braces didn’t deliver on time,not good really.
