Their products are of a high quality and I am very pleased with them. However, I paid an extra £7 for next day delivery. Took 4 working days to be delivered which was a bit disappointing. They agreed to refund the £7 but despite their assurances that the refund was made - it was not. They then left the onus on me to take it up with PayPal (with whom I do not do business). Got nowhere with them.
