Absolutely rubbish!!! I ordered the braces on the 22nd Dec fully realising that it might not get to me before Christmas, which was fine. I received confirmation that it was being processed. I was then contacted the next day asking if I wanted it, which I confirmed. I was then told that the courier had already left, mid-day. Easy solution, drop it at the nearest depot. I never received a response; I never received a response on my follow up email. Absolutely rubbish and terrible terrible customer service.!!!!!
