The product was good, arrived quickly and was as advertised. As far as the product goes, I have no complaints at all. HOWEVER - there was a confusion with the billing - I received - and paid for - two sets of braces instead of one. I did not complain about this as the sum of money involved was not great and it would have been more trouble than it was worth to try and sort the problem out. Also I can probably find a use for the spare pair But a much bigger problem was the targeted advertising that this company indulges in. I now see advertisements for "British Braces" on innumerable websites that I browse. This kind of aggressive marketing is counterproductive and I will not be buying from the company again, which is a pity as I quite liked the item that I received
