I don't usually bother with reviews but had to on this occasion because the young lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful! Sorry I didn't get her name but I rang up to get help with ordering and explained I needed the braces for the next day. She was great and checked while I was on the phone and confirmed the order had come through and said she would action it straight away to ensure it met the deadline. I rang twice in the end and she answered both times and it was really quick and easy to speak to her unlike some phone lines. EXCELLENT customer service ... Thank you very much!!
