I paid for next day delivery and the order arrived the next day. I ordered three pairs of braces, but only two were in the package. I phoned British Braces and was told someone would phone me back, which they did a few hours later. The missing pair was despatched the same day and arrived the next morning. Excellent service - will certainly use again.
