My original purchase was handled very well, but the company was let down by the courier (TNT). When this was highlighted, British Braces kindly refunded the postage and gave me a discount code, which I used to make a further purchase that was sent by normal mail and arrived very promptly. I highly commend them on their customer service - thank you British Braces!
