The item was as described and was despatched in a timely manner. However, delivery was delayed by almost a week due to the fact that one line of my address (the one with house number and street) was not printed on the address label. I was just about to contact British Braces when the delivery arrived. Full marks to the Post Office for finding me regardless, but British Braces marked down for not checking the address label on the package.
