The braces were as described, a bit thinner than I was expecting, which has pros and cons. My husband is not used to braces yet, so have nothing else to say about them. The customer service was very good and I was very pleased that when I rung to complain about some5hing, which turned out to be mine someone else’s error the lady I spoke to was courteous and ready to take responsibility.
