had a problem with delivery due to only a partial address appearing on the label. However, this was all sorted out very quickly and pleasantly via a couple of E-mails. Most company's are good when things work well but fall down when there's a problem BB certainly didn't in this case so full marks and a "very highly recommended"!!!!
