My boiler broke down. And was told an engineer would be out in four weeks. It’s disgusting.,!!, they should not keep taking on new contracts if they don’t have enough engineers to do the work.
Very upset and disappointed!! We take the policy out in good faith thinking no trouble we’re with British Gas !! If it wasn’t so cold I’d say it was a joke.
