Wa with them for 10 years however !
Expensive at end of fixed term so switched .
New supplier (octopus great )
British Gas unable to give me any explanation of endless final bills they sent. All incorrect an I was advised to ignore them !
As others mentioned switch from them and or avoid, useless.
