We had problems with our programmer, so I phoned British Gas. They sent Justin, who I thought was superb. Justin, not only fixed the programmer, he also programmed our Heating and Hot water to come on, at fixed times that I mentioned. Not only that, he cleverly explained the functions of each button on the programmer. He also asked if we had a carbon monoxide detector, and when we said 'no', he gave us one for which we'll pay when we get the invoice.
