It’s the worse company for customer service. These customer agent don’t have a clue about anything. Agents don’t even understand anything. I am well frustrated with British Gas.
I am trying to explain them issue with my electric metre since 1 year n half .
Fed up and now I am switching to other supplier.
Hell with this company who has this type of customer service, when we paying our bills on time.
