I have spent the lSt year trying to sort my bills that I knew were wrong they finally admitted fault but I am struggling to get my overpayment back they threatened me with debt collection on 3 occasions and and I had threatening letters awful terrible service and I am still fighting them ....I'm now with octopus and what a difference the cust service is excellent shame on you british gas
