One star because I can’t enter a lower rating!!! What an awful company!! Left now - waiting for my Credit to be sent back to my account - ‘Oh no Sir, you owe us!! - twice this has happened!! Expecting £163 refund - as per my Online Account (updated by my British Gas Smart meter) But no! I, apparently owe them £73!!!! They invent Bills, figures pulled out of the sky!!
