I had British gas/Dinorod to install a new tap. The pipes are behind the cupboard so cannot be seen. After a couple of months I notice water coming from under the cupboard I removed the drawers and find the pipes connecting the tap's pipes leaking. And it seams leaking for quite a a while. I call British gas to ask to rectify their incompetent job and they told me I need to pay £79 for them to come and fix their mistakes as they only cover their work for 21 days! I was so disappointed and upset by this. And I think is very misleading as I was never told their work is covered only for 21 days I would had definitely used a different company! Even Amazon covers you for 30 days when you buy from them! BRITISH GAS should be avoided at all cost! Their Plummers are not reliable and are not experienced or competent!
