We were asked to submit a gas meter reading (its a smart meter) so went to the meter and found there was no display, by pressing the red button as instructed. We therefore contacted B.G and was given a date for an engineer to visit, and said it was probably a battery needs replacing. We then got an email saying the appointment was cancelled and to rearrange another, which we tried twice more to do. We were then told there was only one date available, but we could not be at home through other appointments. That's how its left, not a clue what to do now. Terrible service, bet if we stopped our DDs they would soon be on our backs.
