I am so glad to have left Birtish Gas. I had multiple bad experiences and poor customer service throughout. If you want to contact them .... good luck! you will be through to multiple automated answer phones or be 500th in a queue online. HOWEVER when you leave they are the easiest to contact.
They are not the most expensive and not the cheapest but they will find any little way to overcharge you along the way so in the end I would rather pay the same money for better service and not be over charged elsewhere.
