No letter in writing, no emails, and no call from them, only a call from myself, to learn of this situation. I would prefer not to give any stars but unfortunately you have to provide one. As to people's safety, I did not know that natural gas could cause major health issues, a natural gas safety monitor is cheap enough to buy, British Gas tell you about selling you carbon monoxide monitors, but no safety as to natural gas poisoning.
