British Gas is totally inept. We left British Gas at the end of January after two complaints because of the total muddle they got our account into. We have paid the bill up to the date that we moved to our new provider. British Gas are still sending demands for meter readings from us despite the fact we are no longer a customer. Our new provider has been left with the problem of sorting out all the errors British Gas made. I could give much more detail but I will only say that British Gas does not even deserve a one star rating.
