Totally useless company - like banging my head against a wall.
Their smart meters for both elec and gas have not worked smartly for months.
Now the electric meter packed up totally.
I have been chasing for 2 weeks, even raised a complaint.
Their agents are absolute idiots, not sure if they have them in sweatshops halfway around the world - like the worst dimwits.
Can't wait to leave their service
