I have been going around in circles with BG in respect of a complaint for almost a year.
I receive emails that do not make any sense that don’t address the complaint raised. It is an endless stress and headache. How is this company even in business. Utterly hopeless not to mention appalling. There is no complaints resolution or customer service. Waste of time .
