British Gas , really I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve called . Still my complaint hasn’t been rectified .
They just can’t get my name correct on my account, it seems to be linked to another account that is not connected to me in any way .
Two separate accounts. Two separate people .Two separate addresses .
They created a new account for me as they couldn’t unlink the existing account and assured me it would sort things out . Now when I check the app it says we no longer supply your gas and electric .
Another phone call and this time I’m speaking with someone in Africa and the phone line keeps breaking up . really !
I’m now told they deleted the wrong account and it will need to be reversed?
I’m still waiting and it hasn’t been resolved .
I can’t see my account or any of my statements or any readings .
Extremely frustrating and stressful as every time you ring they speak from scripts and nothing ever gets resolved.
I’d say it’s also a breech of confidentiality as I can see someone else’s bills and details . I’ve even been included in e-mail and letters to this person , who is not connected to me .
