I've been with British Gas years.Have several accounts, energy , home service etc.
The customer call centre is useless.
You might wait 20 minutes to get through to someone in another country who will have no concept of how to deal with any issue you may have .
Don't ask to speak to anyone senior, they don't have that facility???
I'm in the process of trying to transfer all my BG accounts .
The stress they have caused me has impacted on my mental health.
Shocking company.
