I have just had a cold call from you and the man said he wanted to set up a call to discuss our gas needs. I explained that it was my husband that deals with the gas and electricity and that we had recently changed suppliers. He totally ignored me and asked when I wanted a call then hung up on me when I said it was my husband he would need to talk to. He interupted my business call with that and to just hang up was incredibly rude. I wasn't rude to him so expect the same back. Won't be swapping to British Gas any time soon if that is how your employees treat people.
