Avoid at all and every cost. If you move into a new house and you inherit them, move immediately. Take pictures of your meters on the day you move in and document every single call. Massive thing to beware of, if they say they have cancelled a bill, they haven't really - they call it cancelling but actually will just hit you with it a bit further down the line. The most awful, unscrupulous organisation I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent. They will tell you a different thing every time you call. I could literally not warn people off enough about this company.
