Faulty gas meter, 3 times failed appointments to repair it.
The worst customer support you could possibly imagine, seriously!
No email address.
A phone system which is like the world's most difficult maze to get to somebody who sounds like they might help (but actually don't).
Online chat where they take 5-10 minutes between each message to reply, and then hang up on you.
The hang up on you on the phone when they're 'transfering you'. This happened 4 times.
I won a case against them via the Energy Ombudsman, but more needs to be done, they need to be investigated, they're a bunch of criminals.
