No STARS at all. This company has hounded meter for MONEY THAT I DO NOT OWE THEM. Plus, I spent a few hours each time speaking to their Support people and have resolved the 'issue' - and yet they still come back at me on their website with a completely different result? It is like the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. So, no, I definitely would change suppliers if possible to do so.
I DO NOT RECCOMMEND BRITISH GAS. STAY AWAY FORM THEM IF POSSIBLE.
