Absolutely shameful company, I’ve had problems due to my account since June. I have a large amount on the balance of my account and trying to get in back is shocking. I pay way over the odds monthly direct debit now they are stating there is a problem with my metre!! I have been told some many lies by the staff here. It’s not fair anyhow they can treat their customers like this. I will going to the trading standards and I will not stop
