1 They want you to do everything online but their sight does not work.
2 The call handlers are not trained un customers services
3 The call handlers are based in South Africa making it very hard to understand their accent.
4 I went round in circles trying fix a tariff. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
