Run from British Gas now.
Disgusting company complete shambles. 40 yrs ok ,now messed up my account want 380 from me say i have to pay back there mistake but i have to pay.
Trying to get anything sorted is a joke 2 wks later still no joy with them.
So paying their mistake and leaving.
DO NOT STAY OR JOIN UP TO BRITISH GAS YOUR REGRET IT, WISH I LEFT SOONER.
