Avoid this company.
For over 4 years they have been billing me for electricity consumption that is not mine.
They ignore Citizens Advice and Ombudsman from which I contacted for help. They lie that they are taking care of things all the time.
For over 4 years I’ve been struggling to correct the mistake as I want to pay for my electricity consumption .
