Horrible experience with British gas, lying, scamming, over charging, especially when home owner is mentally vulnerable
Had tried to set up direct debit multiple times, all failing which then resulted in an extra charge every month of an excess £60
When I complained they said it's the banks fault. Which it can't be because I had tried 2 cards from two different banks
