Just rang British Gas been on the phone for 20mins, received electric and gas bill, electric bill was OK, but gas bill they added 3 months dates from 18/9 to 8/5/2025 had a shock with the bill, already paid dates, the lady couldn't explain or give me a revise bill price, cannot believe they nakkng these type of mistakes, very disappointed 🫤
