Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Every low review here is correct. Each call gets picked up by somebody in an offshored call centre who struggles with understanding English to a high enough degree that you can explain your problem.
If you do ever manage to get an issue reported, they'll promise a call back which never happens. Upon calling them back to ask for an update, it's like your original call never even happened in the first place. I've asked for a case number, and upon repeating them back to them, they have no idea what it is.
I have a very basic issue that needs resolving, and yet I'm up to 2 and a half months of consistent contact and am no further to the result I need. It's a merry-go-round of passing off the case and responsibilities to the next person until it gets lost.
Completely laughable experience, 0 star.
